I had to take a rental car from slc to the Henderson yard to pick up a truck. The previous guy quit/fired. Get there around 10pm, open the truck door and see trash, slime on the floor, and , see everything covered in ash, and smell cigarettes and I swear, booze. Truck has a cracked windshield, leaky tire, 1/8 tank of fuel, and was almost out of oil. Cleaned it until 2am. Get up to go budweiser, tires down 30 psi, and I still can't find the leak.

Go through the permits to check them and.........

It has the original permits when it first given them, most expired last year. Cab card, insurance is good. No current IFTA. Have the sticker, but no permit. Get some faxed in.

Get up to Budweiser for my 1300 preload.
" We aren't load that until 2300, and it will be 2am before it's ready."

Stuck here. No freight in Denver.

I can't seem to figure this out so its probably a dumb question. If you buy a truck from a dealer, not lease, and go on choice will they govern your speed?

But does the Qualcomm report speed..?
So if your speeding the safety dept knows ...?

 

Yes qualcomm tracks speed.

It tracks everything the truck does.

I think it smelled me fart the other day because I soon afterwards got a message asking if the load of Hazardous gas was placard.
