    Meanwhile.......

    I feel like I got away with something. 544 on the day. 54 min left on 11 all but 45 miles were heavy at 78 k gross but evenly distributed, rode well.

    SAILED through Chicago and very minor hold up in. Milwaukee on 43/41.

    Had to think a minute to remember it IS in fact Monday. I guess Murphy is occupied in Philly.

    Thanks, Kellogg's, for cancelling my load I've been assigned for a week. Thanks for doing so once I was actually there. Looking for a load last minute out of KC to get anywhere NEAR my money load home? LOL, right. What's another 260 miles dead-head after going all the way to KC from Denver in the first place? That will teach me not to grab one of those .67/mi loads out of Colorado and head east. I would have made more on that KC to Illinois load than from a Denver to Illinois load. Oh well... crap. Think of all the fuel I saved, I guess.

    I hear ya, we leave Denver on the cheap and shoot for that money load home. I actually grabbed that load after it got pushed...I am now not taking anything out of Denver unless I can make money there Effen freight can rot.
