i haven't been on here as much as I used to. For those who know or didn't know I live in Baton Rouge, La. I was affected by the flood & lost everything. I stayed off work for a week to get things together & make sure my family was good. Went back to work about 3 weeks ago. I get online tonight to check my pay stub & I see this! JUST WOW! I work for Schneider National Bulk Carriers & man it was a blessing in disguise to see this! Man I did not see this coming AT ALL. This is not something they had to do but they chose to do for their drivers affected by the flooding. Man words can't explain how much that means to me as a company driver who didn't think trucking companies gave a #### about their employees. I have to thank them in some kind of way. This is a REALLY big help! Not trying to get all religious or offend anyone who isn't religious but I must say that GOD is GOOD. He may not come when you need him but he's ALWAYS on time. God Bless everyone!

Disaster Relief Fund - didn't know they had that benefit. Best wishes to you!
Will you stay in Baton Rouge or move to another town?

Wow, I'm impressed. I hope that helps you out, Thull. (Not sure what God had to do with it tho... I mean, he could have been the party responsible for destroying your house... Schneider just decided to attempt to thwart him... *shrug* - Agnostic, I am.)

Over at bennett motor express every 0/o could put a buck a wk. in a fund like that would help other drivers in time of need!

    Why is Net Check 0.00?
And if you got 1,700 for relief, would that have made your net pay around 488 if you didn't get it?

    Thull Thanks this.

Because it was a direct deposit to bank. And yes the net pay would have been around 488 for what I'm sure was a very low mileage week with the flooding.

That's impressive and with no press release o_O
Way to blow their cover! Lol.

I know a fella down there doing sheetrock & painting.
Has made over a million dollars this month and only did 170 last month.

Disasters are great for business unfortunately.
