    Had two injections on the same day and I don't interact well with steroids. But it help for the pain. Turns out I was misdiagnosed the first time and the PT made me worse. Turns out I had a bad muscle tear so 2 injections then some very very mile PT starting in 3 weeks. Dry needling, ultra sound etc.
