Six people killed by Truck in Chattanooga TN.

More truckers would tailgate If everyone was governed, You couldn't get away from the pack.

I use to hate Michigan, lines of trucks running 60mph, most all tailgating, scared to pass, the brave ones that would pass would take forever, then hop back in the right lane and slow down.

 

i didnt say i drive 75 said truck is governed to 75
but it goes 75 when i want to but not in CA

 

Oh you mean you don't hold it to the governor all the time everywhere including construction zones?
Amazes me often I'm passed in a work zone but yet I am back out and past almost all within a few miles.

 

governing anything won't stop people from driving too fast for road conditions...

 

Big government makes stupid people.

 

The bottom line, the only cure for stupid has been deemed inhumane...

Probably by the ones that would be affected by the cure.

Governing is not the answer. This coming from a driver who is governed and figured out the real reason trucks are governed on my own.

 

Things we truckers want but can't have but still whine about:

We want to go 75mph; any state, any highway, and even in construction zones

We want our roads plowed and salted before we get up in the morning

We want construction to happen only on days we aren't going to use that highway

We don't want passenger cars in front of us.

We dont want super truckers tailgating us.

We don't want CB Rambos

We want the chicken coops to leave us the #&$- alone

We want peterbuilts with our name on it and lit like a Christmas tree

What am I missing

 

The fmcsa is disbanded and all edicts issued by them repealed?

I'd just take the roads being salted myself.

 

I'm not that bad but if I were I'd take that!

 

We want truck stop food to not kill us by age 50.

We want 2 towels at pilots.
