So the sleeper ac lines tie into the main lines up on the firewall. I have ice cold ac in the front little to no ac in the sleeper. The blend door appears to be functioning. It's a 07 379. Any common issues or anyone run into this before?

There may be a separate water valve under the hood for heat. Shut that off.
-
I've got all the water valves of that was the first thing I did. There's no heat now. But there's no cold air either
-
Sounds like the solenoid in the sleeper is not working. They both use the same refrigerant. It's not a separate system.
-
Is your fan coming on in the bunk. Check air flow with the heat, then ac.
-
When the valves were open I had heat it's blowing just not cold and it'll flip flop sometimes. Sometimes it'll work in the sleeper but than it doesn't work in the cab
ColumbiaBoB Thanks this. -
What will work
-
The ac. The problem is strictly related to air temp. The vent temp is only cold in one place at a time . Which makes zero sense everything else works as designed.
-
Me thinks you have bad gremlins! I have no help for you. Bad switches/relays?
Good Luck. -
By chance does your truck have a switch in the front to make the sleeper air temp match the front I ask because my FL does and it went bad causing all kinds of weird things to happen. Sometimes the heat and fan would just come on on their own other times you couldn't get any heat or air may be something to look at anyway
