Ya, that'll never happen. Socal 4wheelers always want to the the first one to the red light or the first one to the freeway backup-driving on the shoulder or crossing the gore point and using the freeway entrance ramp as their personal lane to pass stopped or slowed traffic. smh.

Ya, soon as they see the truck lanes moving, or with gaps more than a car length between the trucks, those lanes will be filled with cars as well, and far too many for CHP to ticket. Complete waste of money.
