3 dogs ? Good lord talk about distracted driving.
Be advised some shippers have a no pet policy and require that you chain your pet to a fence near the guard shack.
( no the guard will not feed or water your dogs) you could be sitting at the doc for hrs in heat, blizzard or rain storm while your critters wait in the elements. Just another thing to worry about. Good luck,

The place I witnessed it at was a cookie factory in Ohio I think,,been many years ago..

One place in Lousyanna, No pets or riders allowed on property. Was supposed to drop them off at the main road 1.5 miles away in the middle of no where. LOL, told them someone else can pickup their load and left.

My wife had to deliver to a walgreens DC somewhere near Dallas yrs ago..the required her to bring in her own lumper in the cab. Lumbers were set up in a little camper in a dirt parking lot down the road,,she will never allow a strange man into the cab. Lumper said he was cool with riding in on the catwalk..she says ########, he can walk in the front door and be escorted to the dock,,they say no way,,"company policy"!

She says she understands policies, cause she has her own ! Do they want their #### or not ? Regretfully they escorted him inside. She is one of those female drivers you don't want to piss with...

Officially their stance is the truck needs to be 10 years old or newer. That being said I brought on the 2003 KW in my signature with no problem. But your mileage may vary depending on who you talk to, I had spent 2 years with SNI as a company driver and L/O before I brought my own truck on as an O/O. The truck needs to have an electronic engine so that the MCP can talk with the ECM. No old school mechanical engines unfortunately.
