    I just bought a supposedly new RCI SS 3900EGHP American Spirit that has had the TR32 mod limiter cut out, the clarifier has been opened up and the driver and final bias adjustments were way off. I have used the radio for about two days and now something has blown out. Stay away from these hackers....

    I think you were a little quick on this one Mack. The poster offer what most would consider very clear and concise criticism of the OP. I was starting to question GI Joe cb, but now we will never know.
