Stephen in Joliet might be the worst for unloading. They recently sent an email out saying if you are unloading there, expect 6-8 hours minimum. Depending on product, it can take 4+ hours for the lab. We've had guys suck there for 12 hours on a drop & hook waiting on the lab.
