Hey guys - I want to get a set of 24" x 24" mudflaps, customized with a specific piece of artwork I created. I've done some research and it seems like most places have a minimum of 25 flaps or more in order to do custom jobs.

Anyone have a suggestion on a place that would be open to the 'smaller' job of printing off just one custom set of mudflaps? Thanks!

My local sign/print shop offered to do mine. I have no idea what the price would've been?

i personally don't know of any, but you do have to realize, it costs money to set up for the custom work, for only one job. that die they make will just sit till you want another set some day, and that is even if you ever go back there.

Convert graphics to vector art, eps file format. Can download onto a thumb drive, or email it to most graphic/screen shops. Will be a setup charge and fee for burning the silkscreen...however, by setting up the file as I indicated, won't pay for file setup/graphic fee.

If you ever attend a truck show there will be plenty of places that will do them. Should be an easy Google search I would think.

yeah finding places that do it isn't bad. Just finding places that don't have a minimum requirement has been difficult

I wonder whether a service like Kinko's could print onto mudflap material? Might be worth looking into. Try to find a place that can print with UV resistant ink. Brightest and longest lasting color will be done with sublimation instead of printing, but will be expensive.

JoeF2002, seems like you are putting a lot of TLC into getting your truck looking great. Have you posted pictures?

On another note if your artwork is something that you would want to sell, then getting 25 done gives you a couple dozen to sell. Who knows, maybe start a side biz.

You know I have to say - not a bad idea! Didn't think of that. Just need to find the capital to afford the up front cost lol.

And yes - plenty of TLC on my truck. I'll get some pics up for you asap. :)
