    Apparently I left a few days short.

    That sound about right. It was probably such fine print that you need to put it under the microscope in a lab in order to read it. Sorry about your ordeal, but THANK YOU for your service to our country!

    Due to this b.ullshit company operating halfass.ed. Recruiters that have no clue....

    Don't pay anything and get a good lawyer. If what they are saying is true, then why is your anniversary date for things such as vacation pay your hire date not your solo date?

    I'm wondering if there is anything in anything you signed your name to that states the date that the agreement starts from.
    ?
    Because there would be (should be) a contract date in any legal document.
