The guy I bought my W9 from has a nice single axle crew cab FLD Freightliner he uses to pull his 5th wheel. He told me the scales want nothing to do with him and they told him to keep on trucking. He also told me since his FLD is not commercially used, it doesn't require an annual inspection.

friend has a t2000 and trailer for their race team, they drive cross country (usa) for offroad races

no scales no logs, new messico always pulls them in and lets em go -
Maybe it depends on where. And I know the laws for collector/antique plates varies province to province. SK has the easiest laws for anything vehicular.

Heading east this past week in Ontario I came upon a real nice black 379 flattop pulling a 5th wheel rv trailer. Great looking set up, not a decal on it I could see. Very sharp unit.

I use a volvo 670 singled to pull a 36 foot rv .Deck behind the sleeper carries my smart car crossway.
No scales or logs, in Ontario its a motorhome.
