You drive, maybe do a little tarping/untarping, then they give you a paycheck

I've talked with a few of them that were loading the same place as me.

The 3 I talked to were content working there. I wouldnt describe them as enthusiastic,.. but they did not have anything negative to say. Only that TMC was strict about following procedures and strict regiments.

Just like working for any other company. As TripleSix noted there are a lot of TMC post. They have worked well for me. But as Hurst was referring to (I think) after awhile you should move on. As a flatbed starter co. I think I made the right decision back then.

I never worked for them. I just always liked those black Petes and Benson trailers they pulled. Good company or bad,.. they look good going down the road. Even their new 579's are very appealing to me.

I did see one of their 389s a few weeks ago pulling a 3 axle RGN with an over size (TARPED) load on it. Heck of a job on the tarping,.. much better skill with that than I have.

Yes, If I have to stay out on the road I would much rather do it in the new 579s then what some other companies offer.
