typical DOT physical with urine, if your clean dont worry. Dont lie on anything cause they will find out. youll also have to do the tarp test which is lifting the way they want you to, carrying it to a trailer, and back off the trailer over to where you first picked it up using a lumber tarp at 120lbs. Easy stuff.

 

OK so it's easy iam clean tarp is it hard never done it

 

youll have to deadlift 120lbs move around with it the way they want you to, they will show you how to do it, if you fail it, you go home. Do it their way, you continue on with orientation. Its about doing it the safe way, their way. Anything else, is wrong

nothing more than whats already been said, just be professional and keep your wits. Dont lie or do anything stupid, ask questions when they come up. Its a 2 week job interview, where you are constantly monitored including at the hotel.

 

so what we do for the first 2 weeks and is the trainers good

 

You'll do some tests, learn how tmc wants things done, you'll meet training coordinaters, load securement class, backing manuvers in the yard. Trainers are decent, tmc vets their trainers pretty good, just use common sense and ask questions when they come up

 

What kind of test so I can be ready for them anything I need to study for

 

Basic math, you'll do another written exam, as well, it's really nothing to stress about
