Tonight (7/12, 7pm) NB & Tomorrow night (7/13, 7pm) SB - Waco I-35 Full Lane Closure

For your many followers who drive I-35 through Waco, TX, I am attaching two travel advisories for full lane closures tonight and tomorrow night. We are expecting significant delays if they drive through on I-35 those nights (northbound tonight and southbound tomorrow).

We are doing major bridge repairs over two local intersections, and the contractor has to switch traffic to the opposite side of the lanes now to continue the work. We are doing full closures, one side each night, because each shift can be done in one night instead of four nights (with only one lane open and more difficult safety problems to overcome).

NB full closure tonight, 7/12 and SB full closure Wednesday night, 7/13.

We are recommending that as many drivers as possible use Loop 340 around Waco instead of driving through on I-35 between 7PM and 7AM . Any help you could give us with getting the word out would be appreciated!
