Just refreshed the page, and now it is back to an A rating, not sure what that was all about.

20 days to pay is excellent. The two loads I pulled for them in January February were $1.80 & $1.60 after the company cut. What got me was the 47 phone calls before and during the trip.

I read the complaint. TQL blacklisted me because I made a comment about the brokers performance under report a broker.

I have not heard but maybe 2 positive things ever said about TQL from both drivers and shippers. There credit with their reputation is badly damaged.
Glad to see there having trouble.

There is an agent there named Ashley. She called me 37 times in one day. I'm pretty sure in the state of Kentucky, that makes her my common-law wife.

I've only run 2 loads for TQL this year. They paid on time, the brokers were fine. I've called about a couple of listed loads the last couple of weeks, the rates were lower than I wanted, so I just moved on. Such is trucking.

I did an O/S load for them once. I couldnt get loaded until late. Was supposed to deliver the following morning. It was only going 240mi. When I saw that there was no way I was going to make their delivery time I called to let them know. They said ok,.. no problem. Keep them informed. I delivered by 9:30 am. They ended up cutting the rate by $500 because I didnt deliver at 7am.

I quit calling them for anything after that. I'd rather sit all weekend than move anything for them.

Plus they do a lot of bait and switch loads. Posting a load at one location,.. only to tell you its picking up somewhere else when you call. They are full of dirty pool crookedness. I wish they would dye a horrible death.
