Do not waste your time that is your money with this crew
They owe me about 30,000.00 for about 1.5 yrs work or lack there of.

They are incompetent at most positions in this company , the office staff is horrible , late or never arriving paper work , like pay stubs, records of employment . Recently inquired about receiving e logs for tax purposes , but they only keep them for 6 months they said IM out of luck . well law says they are to keep them 3 yrs > Just an example of this incompetent crew .

Which law requires companies to keep logs for three years?

Can anybody look up Canada's MOT laws regarding e-logs?

If you are on e-logs, download them onto a PDF file every 6 months. Problem solved.

They are incompetent because you do not have a copy of your logs? Ok...
And like not4hire said, the law states 6 months, not 3 years. So maybe the incompetent one is the one that does not not know the laws and also allows one to screw them out of $30,000. How in the world did that happen anyway? After the first missed payment, it's goodbye time.

    dunchues Thanks this.

Why would you stay for a year and a half and with them owing you as you state, 30 grand?? First time they didn't reconcile with you should have raised a flag. If they can't pay a dollar they sure as hell aren't gonna pay you 10 dollars. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I worked there for an fair amount of time. There is an high staff and driver turn over. Perhaps as high as 95% over 1 year. (Drivers)

The office staff seem mostly to stay for 2 years. If they make it through the first 2 months.

I could say so many things about this company, but I'd perfer to try to stay positive.
