What happen to your frame? I had my frame rust through and crack at the flange totaling the truck sadly. -
You never told what kind of truck it is and what it's covered for...those are huge factors...

A good frame shop can fix it like it was never hurt.

Rowe Equipment out of Otter Bien, Indiana. Check with them first.

I agree on a newer truck you'd want it replaced but we've done many repairs on older truck frames. If you take the time to do it right, it won't wear tires.
We've always done the repair ourselves and then take it to a alignment shop to dial it in. We've also done quite a few lengthening and shortening of trucks which requires cutting the frame in half and putting it back together. -
We bought a 1993 International (used) that had been jack knifed, truck dealer said it was good to go. It was a single axle tractor, I stretched it to accept a 20' bed with a knuckle boom. Never seemed right, took it to World Wide here in Bsrboursville to get checked, found out it had 4 tweets in the frame under the cab / hood. $100 each to straighten, truck straightened up and drive like new then, no tire wear either. But a brand new truck??? I would just about say NO! That's kinda like having a new car with bondo in the 1/4 panel, just me.
