They would probably team you up but I suggest you find someone, get your hazmat and you will get a $2500 sign on bonus.

.48 a mile split right out of school. You are not going to find better pay for newbie teams anywhere

Home time is up to your fleet manager, they are the ones who get you home. Build a good relationship and you will not have a problem.

We are a team and we average 5000 to 5500 miles a week. 6346 miles this week and 6600 two weeks ago

    The Challenger Thanks this.

solo's are paid on a sliding pay scale mt + loaded = total miles

shorter runs pay more pre mile than longer runs do

This is the first time I have seen anyone doing this sliding pay scale thing. Makes one wonder on how it all comes out in the wash??

Not sure why they just cant pay drivers a fixed rate, but then again, maybe this is done because they only give short runs to solo drivers too???

most solo runs are under 600 miles but (when i was solo) i had runs up to 1400 miles.

solo's will do more rail than teams do. (I/WE don't do rail) i p--o'ed a rail yard (ccx)and so we can't go back ;)

the reason for the sliding pay scale (they say) is because you make more on the short runs because of the down time between runs...?
