Hey all. Just ordered my first Valley Chrome/Wingmaster Turbo Wing. How many of you have seen a better MPG/Fuel efficiency increase by this addition? Believe they claim a 10-19% increase but those percentages are always hard to quantify. The style points are easy to add up. As always y'all are the best and look forward to your replies.

Don't waste your money on a wing. They create more air turbulance and do not allow your truck to slide through the air. You want to keep the outside of the truck as smooth as possible to allow the air to flow over the vehicle without being directed in any other direction. A turbo wing does not do that. They look neat, but I will never have one.

You both have trucks with scoops on them! I own a 05' Pete 379 w/a 63" COE sleeper. I'm pulling a Dry Van. Any type of Wing or Whaletail should help.

    Found this off another website:

Adjustment is Preset per Sleeper/Trailer Height - Fuel Mileage Increase is 10% Minimum - Drag/Wind Resistance Reduction is 30%

Guess I'll find out. I like the look anyway and I'm a huge fan of Valley Chrome (especially their bumpers)

I had a whale tail on my last W9, took it off and picked up 2/10 mpg.

.25 mpg with Taylor wing on a stand up sleeper. Obviously pulling a box. Gotta keep the gap as close as possible. Lots of guys mount them too far forward.

No sense if not yanking a box.

I'd like to see those guys with the 13' sleepers come to the first bridge with one on!

Hold your calls, we have a winner!!!

I have one on my 379 63inch standup, never really checked fuel mileage, but it does seem to go down the road easier with it on.
