Hi all. A recent CDL grad here. I'm not looking for "better" companies or anything as I am pretty limited due to being out of most hiring areas. Just curious if anyone has had any experience with the mentioned companies. Jim Palmer have APUs and are a reefer outfit but they want me to sign a 1 year agreement after training otherwise you pay back 3 grand if you decide to leave for whatever reason.

I've heard more positive things about Western Express than Werner. What I've read on here anyway. I guess Swift is another option also. Thanks.

Jim Palmer. I don't know much about them, but I know enough about the others to say stay away.

Looking for Western 11. Van or reefer. No team driving training. I am on the West coast.
No I haven't about Werner haha. Western Express about the same but most say it's what you make of it I guess.

I drove for Werner back in 2002 for three years they were bad then and it sounds like they've gotten a whole lot worse.western I've heard is bad.Jim Palmer I think signing a year commitment would be chancing it when u have no idea what training and going solo is like.have u looked into other companies op?

    Rocknroller4 Thanks this.
