operator anyway.Your a company driver who pays the companies bills. You want
your own truck, save some money and go to a fiancé company and buy your own truck.
Stop looking for handouts. Western flyer and any other company that leases trucks has
absolutely no reason or benefit to see you finish the lease, none. It's in their best interest
for you to go broke before the lease is up.
They got there freight moved, you paid for there truck (It's there truck not yours)and
fuel and everything else. They get to keep the truck, get rid of you,and find the
next sucker looking for a handout.
You see my screen name, yes I worked for them for a 2 years.best OTR job I ever had.
Made big bucks running coast to coast loads.fuel where ever you wanted, legal,APU units
in every truck,routed yourself,all toll roads paid for,pre-pass, I-pass, bonuse,everything.
Made 60,000 a year there with total freedom. And then!
They started leasing trucks. It went straight down hill from there.
I was in the shop office when they where doing the math on how
much money they could make on the maintence fund from leased
drivers that they could make. That's why you didn't get your truck
fixed on the road. It would have cut into thier profits.
Yep I was there at the beginning when they started leasing trucks.
Company drivers started dropping like flies. Why pay for fuel and tolls
and repairs when there's some dreamer who will pay all your bills for you
and you get to keep ownership of everything anyway.
Einstein couldn't have come up with a better scam.
It's still a pretty good company for a company driver,if your leasing
then you deserve everything you get, good or bad.If I had to go back
on the road I would give them a call. They got the freight.free spirited1 Thanks this. -
I'm sorry for the bump guys, but I knew it lol. Some guys were bragging to me about fleece here in Memphis and I told them they are SUCKAS to their face.
