We're getting ready to have a Safety Meeting in February and I'm working on getting some door prizes. I thought about getting some gift cards to different restaurants. What are some of your favorite places to get a sit down meal when OTR? I was thinking Five Guys Burgers, Wingstop, Steak n Shake, and Longhorn Steakhouse or Logan's type places. What say you?:biggrin_2558:

You should see if you can get wifi usage cards for some of the major truck stops. Just throwing it out there.

Outback has good food. The problem with most of those listed is parking, if you are in a big truck.

No disrespect but anyone using truck stop specific wifi is living in the stoneage with the Flintstones. Use your phone as a hotspot and have more coverage for less money.

    Bayle Thanks this.

What's likely going to happen is the gift cards will include a copy of the truck parking guide that shows you every restaurant, truck stop, etc. etc. in North America with truck parking, free wi-fi, and all that good stuff. We're trying to encourage participation in our safety meeting as this will be our first one ever held and we want to continue to do so yearly.

    G/MAN and volvodriver01 Thank this.
