What are the things that are illegal to have in the truck?

    So, I'm trying to compile a list of items that are illegal to have in he truck with me.

    Now, I'm not talking about "my company says no so I can't". I'm talking about "if the police see these in the truck I'm going to go to the bubba does you in the butt prison".

    Or get a fine and lose my license. Not quite as bad but I would rather keep both my license and my money and my job.

    Let's completely ignore firearms of any kind in this thread. There are plenty of threads that are very informative on that subject.

    But what about knives? Or batons? Or fireworks? Or medicine? Or.. Well. I don't know, so tell me!

    The main thing you need to be careful of is anything that contains Alcohol. Things like cough syrup. Any type of sleeping medicine. You have to understand that the courts have given lots of rights to the highway patrols when it comes to stopping you. Put nothing in your truck that you would not ask the police to hand up to you while you load.
