Transport America used to be Transport Corporation of America when we were publicly owned so alot of shippers call us TCAM and a lot of drivers do to cause if you use TA it could be Trans Am. And we have a terminal in California, but mostly teams run out that way, but some solos go there too. During my 3 weeks with my trainer, we went out to Oklahoma City once for fedex and the rest of the time was ontario down to Atlanta and no further east than pittsburg, freight on the east coast is very slow coming out so alot of carriers are not sending loads that way cause there is nothing coming out.

Thanks for that info. I am trying to get them to get me to there orientation. There is a problem because of where I live. I graduated ontime & my GPA ended up being 91. I like the idea of not having to take the truck home with me since I have a small apartment & barely fit my pick up in there. I am crossing my fingers. They set up a oreintation then said I live to far from a terminal. I know they like you to have a hazmat endorsement & am willing to do so.
