Twice now since the merger I've had to fuel at Flying J, now we pay for all our company (truck related) expenses on the road with a corporate Master Card. It's issued to the company and then 4 of us drivers have it in our name. Since the merger, Flying J fuel policy, they have to swipe the card, you have to give them a dollar amount (always go double what you think it will take), then fuel and come back for your receipt. Pump kiosk no longer works with credit cards. This really is a pain in the ###.

Alot of the truck stops out here in the Hampton Roads VA area are like that. Even filling up my car or truck,(both diesel), I have to park at the pump, wait in line to tell the clerk my pump number and turn in my CC, go out and pump, then back inside to wait in line to finish paying.
Sometimes it takes me a good 30 minutes cause the turd head's infront of me want's to play the lottery twice, then get scratch off's, and a pack of smokes that the clerk has to spend 3 minutes looking at all the cigs to find that one box of ultra light slim 100's . -
I have the same issue as you did. When I do get it to work at the pump then it limits me to $75. That won't do much for one tank let alone two. I went to the TA in limon CO and the nice lady behind the desk asked me how much to put on it. My reply was I do not know, this is the first time I drove this particular truck. I go out to fill it up and it stops at $500. Still no full so I go back in and get her to turn the pumps back on. $300 later it is finally full. I guess it was a good thing that it was 5 in the morning as it took me a while to fill it up.
