Hotels in or around Reno , NV

There is a motel next to the Alamo (Petro) in Reno. You can park at the truck stop.

 

Its a Super 8 and is fairly new and nice. Take the Vista exit or the Sparks Blvd exit. Either way you'll see the Alamo/Petro. Stay away from the TA at the McCarren Exit. Its a dump (a TA that's a dump? What a SHOCK!!!) Are you staying? or Just passing thru? I could give you better choices.

Also, The Grand Sierra Has plenty of parking for ALL. It's the big white Hotel off by itself. Along US-395, Just south of I-80. Can't miss it.

Also, The Nugget. It hugs I-80 in Sparks. Get off at the Pyramid Exit.

The Super 8 at the Alamo (Petro) runs a manager special for 49.99 plus tax, works out to be $56. Nice rooms.

 

Western village next to the t/a is good and gives truckers discounts if you call in advance. They also offer free shuttle service anywhere in town.

 

I forget which one it is, but the exit right after the t.a. has a casino hotel with lots of room to park

Boomtown off 80 near Verdi Nevada 19.99 with truck parking on north side of motel. You must walk in to get rate and show cdl.

 

the Grand Serria on US 395 SOUTH now known as I-580 Huge lot on north side of the building.
not sure what discounts you can get,
