Guilty truck stop vices? Breakfast! A real breakfast. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage...all the stuff that clogs up your arteries and that my wife won't fix for me at home.
Okay, I know it isn't healthy to eat like that but just how many bowls of cereal with skim milk can a guy stomach before his system starts jonesing for some real food?

LindaPV, Big Don and Snowshoes Thank this.

A small bag of potato chips is usually good. You know, the ones that smell like a fart when they are first opened. Mmmm

Find a TS that has a McD's in it and order a #3 (Egg white delight) with sausage instead of ham... Can't stand McD's any other time, but those dang b'fast sammachs are great.

Well I just had a McDonald's breakfast #5 today... an ooooooooooooold favorite.

But one thing McD's needs desperately to do is get some consistency in their offerings. Why can I get biscuits & gravy in Davenport, IA, but not Shelby, IA? And for that matter, why can I get biscuits & gravy in Bettendorf, IA, but not Moline, IL, separated only by a river and a couple miles? Absolute stupidity.

But yeah... biscuits & gravy are definitely a vice, and if I know a place has awesome B&G, I will park there over a place that does not, regardless of any other factors, aside from the parking lot being full.

the majority of mcdonalds locations are franchised and mcdonalds corp gives the franchisee discretion as to what to put on the menu and what price points they want.
