So did after the 2nd shower snafu, I would of asked for a credit to be put back onto your pilot card.
I have many similar experiences, and each time I have received show credit and or points put back on my card. Don't let them tell you they can't do that .Any Supervisors has the code to enter into register to add points or shower credit.
Also it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask for the # to the regional manager. I've done so, and each time have heard from them.

probably in california or the northeast. california would have to be it. those that come up from south of cali aren't used to flushing toilet paper nor any type of over kill regarding personal hygiene. wasn't that spinach coming out of cali back a few years ago that was ecoli-ed out due to the pickers defecating right at the spinach in the field? almost like an intentional act to infect as many as possible.

oh well. it takes all kind and truckers,as well as all walks of life actually,is filled to the brim with just total dipshoots. really, how and why did the fecal matter wind up on the wall other than by intent? reckon they went straight out to the food bar and loaded up after not washing their hands?

why dont you name the location? And furthermore, truckers generally make the truckstops nasty

Personally I think the Pilot/Flying J shower improvements have been good compared to where they were. As others have pointed out, its the drivers that do this, and until something is done to prohibit the drivers from doing these things, they will continue to happen. Imagine its kinda like having a puppy. One that isnt trained very well. Well after so long of being allowed to do his business wherever he wants, its really hard to get them to change their habits.

There are good pilots and bad pilots. Some are just run better than others. And like previous poster said, it's not just truck drivers. Hell I had to clean grocery store bathrooms as part of my first job 30 years ago and I won't even speak of what I saw back then. Trashy people are everywhere. And while it sucks for those of us that take care and pride of life in a daily fashion, there will always be scum bags.
