    I started parking at LA Bremer, 621 N Elder Rd, Sanford, FL, in February this year. The guys name is Lance Bremer. They charge $107 a month, and first month deposit of $100. But this month they charged my card a total of 5 times. That's $535 for 1 month of parking! Well I immediately called him and he said he didn't know what was going on, had to check his computer and he'd call me back. Never got a call back and he wouldn't respond to texts. Somehow he did credit one payment back to me, but I was looking for 3 more credits. Since he stopped responding to me I decided to go to my bank. They were able to reverse 3 charges. Needless to say, I'm no longer parking at LA Bremer. However, LA Bremer is keeping my $100 deposit which stinks but oh well.
    So, watch out for this place. They advertise a lot in the Orlando Craigslist.

    I have been screwed over by this guy a few times and so have some of the other truckers. My wife looked up his name and found several arrest reports. He has overcharged a lot of us and doesn't admit any fault. It is hard to get a refund once he runs our cards so a lot of us have left. I also think he might've had something to do with the robberies at his lot.

    I wish I was able to see this bad reviews before I was robbed by thieves that runs at this property 621 N elder rd in Sanford. If you really want to get screwed go a park here . Honestly this people should not be in business. This bad reviews are not jokes. Everything you reread on this forum is true. I was robbed by this guy Lance. $1000 plus. Everything comes arround in this life!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!’
