If someone were to sit down with you guys that was planning on building a true truck stop (not a travel center) what would be the most important creature comforts?

CLEAN fuel islands,CLEAN RESTROOMS, CLEAN eatery and maybe even a place to plug into for 120volt power with lots of pull thru parking WiFi is also a plus in my book.:biggrin_25525:

    Plenty of clean, modern showers.
Enough qualified cashiers to keep lines at the register and fuel desk moving.
Have fresh, healthy food to grab and go available.
Ample parking so I can find a space at midnight.

Personally I also like to get a good Asian massage, so offering that would be a big plus for me.

t.p. that doesn't feel like loose leaf paper. I don't want that stuff smeared on me, i want it off! lol
    Clean rest rooms and showers.
Reasonably priced items in the store.
    Lots of parking.
A t.v. room with good movies does wonders to relieve stress.

Lots of TRUCK PARKING 53 ft spaces instead of 45/48 ft spaces and a few spaces for longer loads or oversize loads. More than 1 cashier.

Why would you want a 53 foot space? Only planning on putting the trailer there?

I would think 70-75 would be a better size. Longer load and double parking are a plus as well.
