OP emailed me with the price of $5,000, and sent me pics to post. Good deal if its a runner IMHO.
Martin6daysontheroad and Ruthless Thank this. -
In the email he sent, he also said this....
"I also have a new tittle/registration for it,has more miles on it now,the tittle is good for a USA buyer to obtain a new tittle in their home state,in Canada the Tittle and registration are combined, called transfer of ownership document-TOD" -
Hi,I am the owner that posted the truck,I don't know much about semis, just want the ole girl to go to a good home,I emailed pics to leftlanetruckin as I couldn't get them to load,I spent a little time today, with a mechanic looking over the truck, mechanic found coolant leak, hose, external, will run tomorrow up to temp to see if anything shows up in oil,no sign of coolant in oil right now as previous owner was told, clutch excellent, air assist power steering, front diff has service tag dated 1993,rear diff has service tag dated 1995,air pots are fairly new, front diff has double pots, rear diff has single pots, one spring pin in back is bad,the rest of the bushings etc. in the rear look real good, one crack in rear crossmember above rear ends, passenger door is off a little newer truck-newer style door handle, chassis /frame/springs/hardware-no rust or scale, still has original paint on everything,no oil leaks, rad is dated 1971,no cracks or fogging in glass, interior dirty and worn, but still decent, one guage glass cracked, rubber pedal covers cracked /rotten,trans is a two stick, 5 and 4 with split shift, locking rear, everything seems to be original and not butchered

Could some of you comment please on where I could advertise the truck, and if I am reasonable with the price as I have no idea,I just thought it must be a classic and don't want to see it go for parts or whatever, any suggestions much appreciated.......thanks
Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
Just an opinion but I think 5 grand is a real good price for what it is, running or not. It should sell with a little patience, they won't ever make any more of them
ky88, kw9's rock, Mattnatti and 1 other person Thank this. -
$5k is fair price but I think you could get more for it from a collector/restorer. These are getting hard to come by and people are really seeking them out. Get it advertised on the website Truckpaper.com
Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
thanks, and it starts and runs great
