What am I doing, right or wrong, that goes into mine?

Do they use company records of missed PTI reports or HOS violations? Does my company report those to the government?

Or are the scores based only on roadside inspections and accidents.

Thanks in advance for any replies. I'm a first year driver for an entry-level company. The kind of company (I read in another post) that can "mess up your CSA score." Looking to jump ship to a better company after the first year is up.

Thank you much. I was having a little aneurysm over this as I've been called on a lot of minor things lately. I want a two way trust between myself and the company but I can't quite bring myself to trust them 100 percent. I imagined they might try to make me unemployable elsewhere and solve their retention problem.
