well when you break federal regulations what do think is going to happen...If you buy a 6pack and only drink 4 you THROW the other 2 in the trash before leaving....2 beers is not worth your job...but I guess you now know that the hard way...oh BTW it took 10 years for a friend of mine to get a trucking job again after a dui. Best of luck to you.

You are not supposed to have alcohol in a cmv period not just going to a naval base etc. When i was otr i didn't drink at all not even at a bar killing time, there's just too much to risk.

I must be the chosen one..lol
My rap sheet is long and i am still here today...
hmmmmmmmmmmm why is that?
Do ya think that maybe, just maybe the things you here at truck stops and on the C.B. are wrong...???????????
I can't spill the beans but the rap sheet dates all the way back to 1982.
I work for Landstar as of know..hmmmmmmmmmmm how is that possible?
Do ya think there could be a little ''hear say'' going on with ''drivers''.???
Good luck to you and keep your chin up.You will find a job in trucking..doubledragon5 Thanks this. -
Yeah , one of our drivers had a DUI a couple of years ago . They let him dispatch while his license was suspended .

Legally, you can't even drink in your truck when it is parked if you have the keys in your possesion.
