If it becomes an actual news story, you can post a link to a legitimate news site that is reporting on it. In its current form, all I see is a law firm using our community to drum up warm bodies for a class action suit. We're not here to provide free advertising.

I hope they lose. We have two trucks (Kenworths) with Meritor 10 speed transmissions and I hate them. They did something with the synchronizers so they slip into gear before the engine is synced up. It makes the truck jerk every time. They're junk transmissions built by people who have little idea what they're doing in my opinion.
