Didn't we JUST experience a problem with a troll claiming to be part of some secret video taping truck hating road safety society of ninjas- on another thread?

Is it close to a full moon?

Dave this guy's been around for a long time. This happened back in July of 2010, now its going to be March of 2012 before he gets any kind of actual sentencing. Many of us have been watching this one for quite a while. :biggrin_25520:

Redneck logic says you aren't legitimate unless you've got a hate group after you.

I would prefer Pamela Anderson in a chicken suit over an Obama supporter with a video cam, but you gotta take 'em the way they come, right?

I seriously doubt the charges will "stick"...not in TN...The truck driver tried to run him off the road, that gave the "spy" the legal right (in TN) to defend himself.

I do not agree with the "spy" and his deeds...but the trucker should have just ignored him.

Before going on with how this might end....read the laws in TN regarding self defense and use of lethal force.

IF it is true that the trucker tried to run him off the road...this one may well end with the "trucker" in prison...not the spy.

The funny thing about this is it's in Chattanooga. Going through there at any peak time is like being in a NASCAR race. With cars merging left to right in several places and exits every 1/4 mile. If you aint speeding, your gonna get run over. Honestly I do 5 over just to stay out of the way. And the hills there don't make it easy either.

If the charges wouldn't stick, the charges would of been dropped already and the trucker would of been arrested. Plus this guy's videos prove he's has prejudice against truck drivers. His own videos are going to put his dumb #ss in jail.

As I said...IF...the trucker tried to run him off the road.

If the trucker didn't try to run him off the road, and it doesn't sound like he did (or at least they're not sure of it)....then yes, guilty as charged.

:yes2557: Just trying to get to that point...IF the trucker had done what the article says...he would be in jail.

What's the easiest way to try to keep out of trouble when you've been fingered? Blame everything on the other guy. :yes2557::biggrin_25523:

The trucker was never arrested and no charges filed, so he's grasping at straws.
