It sounds like these penalties were for just a few violations. If more drivers report inaccuracies on their DAC reports, HireRight may be forced to pay even more in penalties. Report inaccuracies on your DAC report directly to the FTC here:

Thanks! I'll look on my DAC and see if any inaccuracies are on it. Don't think so... but I haven't tried to be a company driver again. Never know with the world is right now.

this is what that CO needs a bad mark on its redcord to knock its credibility even more, there decieving practices have to be mandated somehow.
