Saint Louis madness.

Hopefully they will get it all sorted out, the community rioting and looting is not helping their community though, burned a Quick Trip down.

Prayers for all the families involved.

 

My buddy was there for business about 2 years ago and woke up in a puddle of blood after being robbed. It has been a very dangerous city for a long time.

 

Once I get out there on my own I will have to get with some of you vets on the dangerous places.

 

That kind of crap can spread fast. Doesn't have to even be in the same area. Some perceived grievance among similarly situated groups in different areas can produce really ugly results across an entire region, and the things that happen can be totally unrelated to whatever sparked the trouble. Be particularly vigilant going under overpasses ....

 

All the rioting is happening in the ferguson north county area and generally the majority of the crime in st. louis happens on the north side. I live in south st. louis city and there's no violence happening on this side of the city.

 

An 18 yr old was shot by a cop. Not sure why they had words, but the kid is supposed to have pushed the cop into the car and they got into a tussle, the kid tried getting his gun and a shot was fired, kid ran out of car and was shot some more, sounds like 8 shots altogether.
Grandma said kid was no trouble, just returning home.
