That guy isn't a cop. He's too fat and stupid. He's just a glorified truck driver hating security guard

Off-duty my ###. He's retired. That's assuming he was ever actually a cop and not just a hothead running around being an #######.

More than likely not a cop, which is why he refused to show the badge a second time, impersonating a police officer is a felony last I new, just a low life piece of dirt, he's lucky the driver had a mild temper, hopefully the video will identify the idiot, and a real LEO might have a nice little talk with porky pig

To me, I get the fat guy worked there or across the street or nearby and sees trucks backing into that somewhat difficult spot every day. But it seems this trucker may have been having additional difficulty and was taking entirely too long. (or was doing one of those "take a minute to gather your thoughts and think the process through, GOAL, GOAL, GOAL, GOAL, GOAL, GOAL, GOAL and don't worry about others" thing)

Trucker with poor backing skills and a fat guy who has a low tolerance for truck drivers who aren't very effective. Put the 2 together at the same place and time, and this is the result you will get every time.
