CHANNEL 5 NEWS reached out to DPS. In a statement, Sergeant Johnny Hernandez said drivers often falsify hours to get away with driving more than they are permitted.

Oddly enough, this case (and any similar) could easily make it to the USSC. Justice Roberts opined in the Hobby Lobby decision that no person can judge the religious principles of another, period.

Anyone can purport literally anything violates their religious principles, and no one can say it doesn't.
