That would certainly explain why I saw them with trucks pulled into the 'truck enforcement' pull offs on 90 just south of Wisconsin line last week.
Thought it odd as I run that way quite a bit but never seen anyone pulled in there until last week. Came through there 4 times 3 times there were trucks pulled in there. Never seen one once pulled in there any previous trips over the last year.truckon Thanks this. -
