That's an expensive lesson... be cheaper to go to college and take a degree in the subject or at least hire someone with enough sense not to pull that kind of crap.

I just read about this suit on another site but they didnt list the company name. I write a blog about what my experiences were but pay was not the issue.
The sheer volume of students that are recruited has made it a fertile ground for a few bad apples to roam free.
I think this settlement should send a message that comapnies need to send their in-house staff for re-training to adapt to the 21st Century.
We are in age where drivers can speak up and talk back.
Trucking Companies would make a wise investment in their staff to send them on a field trip to a good HR seminar that covers Labor Issues. -
Denied a "class" of qualified female workers...
I wonder what they mean by that? -
Class action lawsuit... Class in this case is probably referring all the Women who where discriminated against in this case because of their sex.. It's a legal reference to the group... Not a lawyer but I've watched a lot of TV..Hehe.
