    Interstate 15. between mm 112 - 95.

    2 people arrested for warrants in the state of Louisiana. One man in a stand off with highway patrol. Is armed with a child.

    Started around noon. Still going on.

    Southbound don't bother going past Fillmore. Northbound, don't bother going past Cedar City.
