    Fuel island 1, reefer 0

TA Fultonville, NY. Not sure what this driver was thinking, but I felt bad for him. The fuel islands are not convenient to get in and out of, and it seems that he forgot he wasn't straight after he fueled. Likely totalled his trailer. Can't see it from the video captures, but the front tandem axle is twisted and pushed to the right about 6 inches, and the trailer undercarriage is bent and racked.

Every bollard at every pump has a notch in it (on each end no less) where countless trailers have ridden up over them like this one did.

    Be careful out there.

Might need a different slider under the trailer, but the box looks undamaged.

Things like that do happen, at least there were no injuries.

yup, like most of them that place is a dump and very difficult to get into the pumps..

I wonder if he had that wagon stretched out like that by design or his little wreck about ripped the tandems out from underneath it ?

either way that is gonna be expensive to fix..

It wasn't a 'big name' on the door; appeared to be a small independent. Names are withheld to protect the unlucky Although the driver was showing quite a bit of attitude towards the TA manager - why I don't know, but enough that she looked like she was about to shoot him in the face.

... and you can't tell it from the captures, but I dropped my trailer in a parking spot and bobtailed to the fuel pump.
