Truck strikes/kills bicyclist near Bozeman, MT

Trucks are not allowed on I-35E from 7th street to I-94 in St Paul MN. Part of the agreement to let the freeway be built through neighborhoods in St Paul.

 

A few years back on a two lane I came upon 2 lady bicyclists as I got close the First Lady lost her fanny pack which fell into the travel lane the 2 nd lady swerved to pick it up had I not done the right thing and slowed down . My options would've been run her over or have a head on crash with oncoming cars .. You can slow down a thousand times and be annoyed or pass too fast once and regret it forever . I know which option I always choose
