Hi semi, I beg to differ, the wasps in Wis. are always pissed off. My arch nemesis, the wasp. They don't like loud noises ,like a hammer, but I found, a can of ether sure slows them down, hair spray too, I'm told.:evil4:
Anything wit alcohol in it. Brakleen works best because it doesn't evaporate quickly

I was cruising at night once, and in the dull glow of the elog, I saw a dark blob about 1/4 of the way down the middle of the windshield. Then it moved a couple inches down, stopped, and moved side to side a little. That's when it dawned on me that it was a big ##### spider dropping down on a strand of web. I hate spiders, and almost lost it.

I regained enough composure to try and kill it, so I took off my hat as the weapon of choice, and as I swung for it, it dropped all the way down to the dash and disappeared. I found a spot to pull over, and searched the dash area with a flashlight to no avail. I'm betting it probably made a nest in there somewhere.

If one ever gets on me while driving, It will take all the composure I have to maintain control of the truck. I probably should bug bomb the cab.

I somehow got a moth in the truck years ago and pulled over on a ramp to deal with it but when I opened the door rather than have it go out it came towards my face and I jumped out of the truck and across the ramp....glad no traffic was coming. I believe the wasp story....but that doesn't mean he should be allowed on the road.

Last year I had a small bird hit my mirror and fall into my lap, the bird started scratching at me and flipping out. It was all I could do to hang on to the wheel and chuck the bird out the window. Much better wake up than any cup of coffee lol

I believe my mother in-law could pull a stunt like this, she absolutely hates bugs, would tear the whole kitchen apart and clean ALL the cabinets if one ant were found.

Sounds like Coke hired a real jewel, makes you wonder how that happened when most truckers are crucified over one ticket. Can we say deep pockets here when it comes to paying for damages and medical bills.

The seafood market was demolished early Thursday morning.

Officials said the building was unstable after the semi was removed, and began to collapse. Crews demolished the building for the safety of the public.

Discount Seafood housed a seafood market downstairs and apartments that are under renovation upstairs.

Any type of spray with a 'soap' in it will kill wasps almost instantly. It clogs their esophagus and they cannot breath. I used a concentrate soap (Mr. Clean floor cleaner, I think) to kill a wasp nest by the bottom of a door I had to enter and as soon as it hit the nest the wasps dropped straight to the ground. :)

I sure hope the Driver was ok. The one way to defend against that is to keep the windows up and run the A/C. I was driving my Harley and had a bee go into my shirt and sting my chest. Just fight through the shock and stay focused on what the heck I'm doing.
