    Hey Mark, the thing that freaks me out, is the timing of this. I mean, 10 seconds either way, and this never would have happened. I wonder if the truck driver was going around the scale at the state line( Hy. 45 is a known detour around the scale) He obviously was empty, but maybe out of hours. I hope the DOT doesn't hang him for that.
