Anyone see the red truck on i80/76 flipped over on its roof?
Man all I can say is he was luck that trailer held the weight.
I passed by this morning and they were unloading the trailer.
Cab looked intact. Banged up.. but survivable. Looked like he left the road way and rolled it off the shoulder. Could have been a lot worse.

Saw same... That driver would need to be very lucky to walk from that wreck. His wheels were in the air and it appeared the cab was level with the hood on driver side... half that bad on the passenger side.
Hope he made it out of there...!
Edit - Looks like he made it out with minor injuries... Lucky.Last edited: Oct 9, 2014

ROOTSTOWN, Ohio The driver of a semi was injured Thursday after his truck overturned while traveling westbound on I-76 in Portage County, according to a dispatcher at the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
According to the dispatcher:
The accident happened around 3:30 a.m. near milepost 38, and highway patrol officers have not yet determined the cause.
The truck has not been removed from the roadside, but all lanes are clear and traffic is back to normal.
The driver's injuries are minor. -
It stuck out to me because I've never seen one wheels up like that. Well not still attached to the trailer like that. Usually they separate or the frame twists like a pretzel.
Glad he got out with minor injuries. That had to suck.

If these wrecks keep happening I could see a regulation forbidding commercial vehicles after 11pm or something similiar.
