    He could plea insanity because of the lamp. He could have had two tons of crack on the truck, but because no sane person would get a lamp from Family Dollar, he would get off easy for insanity.

    Ok....some one steals a cheap lamp from a dollar store, and leads the cops on a chase?? And people wonder why I call for mandatory IQ testing and sterilization.
